Description
A vegetable with a compact rosette and spoon-shaped leaves. Can be eaten raw in salads and as a stir-fry vegetable. The young leaves are very tasty. Sow in a greenhouse or in the garden in a seedbed. After emergence transplant at the distances indicated. Ensure for autumn fertilizer application and water regularly. Does not bolt very quickly. Can withstand the cold.
