■ Bullet-round, large beetroot with smooth skin and blood-red flesh.
■ Storuman, an improvement of Bullet 2, is very long harvestable: from early summer to late autumn.
■ Little susceptible to shooting.
■ Sow in well-fertilised soil and not too thickly.
■ When the plants are 3 cm high, thin out to about 10 cm.
■ Again, harvest in good time, otherwise they become too thick and coarse.
■ Very storable.
■ For winter storage, twist off the leaves, do not cut !
