Red beetroot Bullet 2

■ Large beets with smooth skin and blood-red flesh.
■ Bullet 2 is suitable for summer and autumn cultivation.
■ Sow in well-fertilised soil and not too thickly.
■ When the plants are 3 cm high, thin out to about 10 cm.
■ Again, harvest in good time, otherwise they become too thick and coarse.
■ Good shelf life.
■ For winter storage, twist off the leaves, do not cut !
