Hot pepper Hungarian Yellow

■ This is one of the largest chillies and moderately hot in flavour.
■ Ripens from green, to yellow and eventually orange-red.
■ The sharpness is therefore increasing all the time.
■ This Hungarian pepper is about 15 cm long and 4 cm wide.
■ Fine to grow in our cooler climate, but obviously the harvest is bigger and more certain in a cold greenhouse.
■ Height of the plant is about 75 cm.
