■Chervil Massa has a good cold tolerance and does not flower quickly.
■Chervil has a rather special flavour (aniseed) and together with its pleasant aromatic smell, chervil belongs to the "fine herbes".
■A very well-known kitchen herb, which together with vegetables and/or herbs (e.g. parsley) brings an extra bonus of flavour and is of course indispensable for "the chervil soup".
■Sow directly in the garden, barely cover the seeds, lightly press and transplant later if necessary.
■Winter cultivation indoors in pots is also possible.
