Warranty

1 Helza hobbyzaden does not offer a more extensive guarantee on delivered goods than the guarantee (conditions) of the manufacturer of these goods, without prejudice to the rights of the buyer ensuing from mandatory legal provisions.
2 However, Helza hobbyzaden shall never be responsible for the ultimate suitability of the goods for each individual application by the buyer, nor for any advice with regard to the use or application of the goods.
3 The Buyer shall be obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it turns out that the delivered goods are wrong, defective or incomplete, the buyer (before returning them to Helza hobbyzaden) must immediately report these defects to Helza hobbyzaden in writing. Possible defects or wrongly delivered goods must and can be reported to Helza hobbyzaden in writing no later than 2 months after delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Commissioning after the discovery of defects, damage after the discovery of defects, encumbrance and/or resale after the discovery of defects, shall cause this right to complain and return to Helza hobbyzaden to lapse completely.
4 Helza hobby seeds does everything in its power to provide you with a high-quality product. However, seeds are natural products and can sometimes lose germination power unexpectedly. Also, the growth and harvest of the product depends not only on germination and germination energy, but also on all kinds of other influences, such as sowing method, temperature, etc.On our packaging there are clear sowing and cultivation instructions in text and symbols. If you inform Helza hobbyzaden about your complaints, we will try to find a satisfactory solution in all fairness. However, our liability will never exceed the net invoice amount of the delivered articles.
5 Helza hobbyzaden shall not be liable for damage caused by intent or similar intentional recklessness of non-managerial personnel.
6 This guarantee shall not apply if: the delivered goods have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or have been treated contrary to the instructions of Helza hobbyzaden and/or instructions for use on the packaging; the defectiveness is wholly or partially the result of regulations which the government has set or will set with regard to the nature or the quality of the materials applied;

Complaints

We encourage you to raise complaints with us first by emailing to info@helza-hobbyzaden.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
